The district testing window starts on April 12 and ends on May 28. Please see you school's website for more detailed schedule information related to your child's grade level.
Spring Administration Information for Parents/Guardians - CDE has put together for parents and guardians to provide additional information regarding extra measures being taken for testing during the COVID pandemic.
Parent Guides to Understanding – These guides provide parents with answers to key questions about the what, why, who, how, and when. They are available for each assessment program.
CAASPP Student Score Report Information – An optional letter that may be sent along with the student score report.
Getting Familiar with the Test
Practice and Training Tests – This link accesses both the practice and training tests portal. The practice tests provide students with grade-specific testing experiences that are similar in structure and format to the summative assessments. The training tests provide students with the opportunity to quickly become familiar with the software and interface features. The training tests are organized by grade bands (e.g., 3–5).
