Change of Address / Withdrawal Student

 CHANGE OF ADDRESS 

Change of Address Information for Cambrian Residents
 
If your family has recently moved to a new      address, complete the Change of Address Form

  • If you are a Cambrian resident moving within the district:
    You must complete the Change of Address form & submit two proofs of residency to complete the address update.

  • If you are a Cambrian resident moving outside the district:
    You must complete the Change of Address form & submit two proofs of residency to complete the address update. The Enrollment/Student Services Department will process your request and inform the family of the decision (approval or denial) within 10 business days from receiving the form.

  • * Please note:  If there are students on the waiting list, you may be asked to register at your home school district and your student will be put on the bottom of the waiting list.

  • If accepted into the Cambrian district, the family will need to complete a Charter Form or Interdistrict transfer.

  • After March 1st:
    Students will be allowed to stay at their current school to finish the school year. They will be placed in "pending approval" status for the following school year.

WITHDRAWAL/ DISENROLL 

If you are moving and wish to disenroll or withdraw your student, please complete the Withdrawal Form.

Upon request, parents may receive the following documents as part of the withdrawal process:

  • Withdrawal form
  • Progress grades
  • Printout of immunizations
  • Transcript

 

  • IMPORTANT / Return of Materials:
    All textbooks , chromebook, chargers and  items checked out to the student must be returned prior to withdrawal.
