Cambrian School District offers Transitional Kindergarten (TK) as a bridge between preschool and kindergarten for children turning 4 years old between September 2, 2021 and September 1, 2022. TK helps young learners grow academically and socially in a nurturing, age-appropriate environment. The program is optional and Cambrian School District does not offer early admittance to Transitional Kindergarten for students whose forth birthday falls after September 1st.
Program Highlights
- Supports a smooth transition to kindergarten.
- Available at all district sites except Steindorf.
- Once TK is completed, students move to the next grade level: Kindergarten.

Health & Documentation Requirements
All TK and Kindergarten students must meet the following requirements before attending school:
- Required immunizations
- Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test or TB Risk Assessment
- Oral Health Assessment Form (due May 2027)
