Intradistrict Transfers

An Intradistrict Transfer is for students who are currently attending a school in the Cambrian School District and wish to attend a different Cambrian School. Our Open Enrollment Period starts in late January and runs through March 1. 

Transfer requests for the 2023-24 school year will be submitted using this link to the Intradistrict Transfer Request Form. Kindly send it to vargasd@cambriansd.com upon completion of the form.

Transfer requests for the upcoming 2024-25 school year will be submitted electronically using this link to the Intradistrict Transfer Request Form.

Incoming Cambrian Students (students who are currently NOT attending school in the District): Will select a school of choice when registering. No additional form is required at the time of registration.

Note: If there are more students requesting Intradistrict Transfers than space available, a priority list and a lottery system will determine the order in which students will be admitted (Cambrian School District Board Policy & Procedure 5116.1). The lottery is held sometime in mid-March.
