You may request a school transfer during our Priority Enrollment Period, which runs from January 12 through January 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Step 1 : School Choice Application
We review your application to see if space is available at your chosen school. If there’s no space, your application goes into the lottery. (lottery-February 25,2026)

At this time:
Start gathering all required enrollment documents now.
Make sure your child’s immunizations are up to date and TB assessment/test is completed. If not up to date, schedule appointments as soon as possible.

Step 2 : Registration 
Once Step 1 is reviewed and there is space available at the school you requested, you will get an email from PowerSchool Enrollment (noreplyenrollment@powerschool.com) at the email address you provided. It may take a couple of weeks, so check your email regularly. All communication will be done through the email. Please follow these steps to ensure your child’s enrollment is submitted correctly and on time:

• Log in to your student’s account.
• Click the link in the email sent to you.
• Enter your student’s date of birth (or SnapCode if prompted).
• Enter all required information.
• Upload all required documents, including all vaccine dates.

Note: Incomplete submissions will be returned for completion. Please submit what you have now, even if some documents aren’t fully up to date.
Missing TB test? Submit a blank TB form, and we will follow up with you
Follow-up and final submission: After we contact you about missing items, you will have 15 days to submit them to the Enrollment Department
Failure to submit the required documents within 15 days will result in your registration being put on hold, and placement at your requested school cannot be guaranteed.
