    Track-Pack Home-Run Miles-Update #2  

    Calling all runners, walkers, skippers, and hoppers! Please share your current miles completion with Jane Bahou. Include the total distance, name, grade, and teacher of your student and the miles will be logged on the master list. No worries if you haven't started - never too late to get in the game! Use lap cards, fitness devices, miles trackers, or whatever system works for you to keep track of miles. Contact me anytime with updates and questions. Email:

    The purpose of the program is to promote a healthy lifestyle and teach kids to get moving.  Walkers/runners earn prizes based on the laps they complete.  It's a fun way to hang with friends while getting some exercise!
