Developer Fees Support Our Schools

As new development generates students, additional school facilities or the modernization of existing facilities will be needed to accommodate them. Because of the high cost associated with constructing school facilities and the District’s limited budget, outside funding sources are required for future school construction. State and local funding sources for the construction and/or reconstruction of school facilities are limited.
