Budget Advisory Committee (BAC)

The Budget Advisory Committee serves in an advisory role to the Superintendent and Board of Education in accordance with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 3100. The committee reviews budget assumptions, revenue and expenditure trends, and multi-year projections, and provides input to support long-term fiscal stability and alignment with district goals. While the Board retains final decision-making authority, the committee helps promote transparency, stakeholder engagement, and a shared understanding of the district’s financial priorities and responsibilities.
