• Fundraisers

    While the State of California is the primary funding source for Fammatre, these funds are used to cover only the basic expenses. To supplement, the HSC will spend $80,000 (approximately $160 per student) this year by funding the following and more:

    Field trips, Art Vista Program, Librarian & Books, Assemblies, Author's Week, Playground and Equipment Upgrades, Audio/Visual Upgrades, Technology Upgrades, Differentiated Learning Programs, Classroom supplies & incentives, Wednesday After-School Subsidies. 

    We wouldn't be able to do this without the help of our parent volunteers and teachers who make our fundraisers sich a success. If you would like to volunteer please reach out to the event coordinator or the HSC President.

    Year-Round Fundraisers

    Family Dinner Nights

    Each month we arrange with a local restaurant to host a day/evening lunch/dinner fundraiser for Fammatre. The restaurant gives back a percentage of what was spent that day or evening.  It's a fun time spent with family and friends. We encourage all to join us. Please note, for some dinners a flyer is required, thank you.
     
    Family Dinner Nights are announced in the school's newsletter and on the Home & School Club's Facebook page.

    Image result for box tops Clipping box tops is an easy way to make money for our school. Each one is worth 10 cents! Just look for the pink Box Tops label on hundreds of products, clip and bring to the school. All Box Tops must be clipped down to the dotted line and pasted to a Box Top sheet OR placed in a zip lock bag in groups of 50. Do not collect expired Box Tops or Box Tops that do not show the date listed on the bottom as they do not be count.

    Fall Fundraisers 

    Giving Campaign

    The Giving Campaign it the main fundraiser for Fammatre HSC and makes up a large percentage of our budget.

    Monster Boogie Bash

    Our annual Halloween Boogie Bash is great fun for the whole family! Come out and enjoy the costume parade, games, trick-or-treat alley, bouncy-houses, haunted house, or more! All are welcome and volunteers are always needed!

    Poinsettia Orders

    Look for poinsettia order forms in December and decorate your home for the holidays or give them out as gifts!

     

    Spring Fundraisers 

    Starlight Auction

    The yearly Starlight Auction is typically held in March and is an adults-only event where parents can enjoy a fun night out and bid on wonderful items. All funds go to supporting the Fammatre Home and School Club.

    Walkathon

    The Fammatre Walkathon is a school-wide event held in May with more than 600 students, staff, parents and volunteers participating. Students raise money by gathering pledges for the number of laps they will finish.
