Transitional Kindergarten

  • Cambrian School District offers Transitional Kindergarten as a bridge between preschool for children turning 5 years old between September 2 and December 2. It gives young learners a head start and provides them with an opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that is tailored to meet their academic and social needs. The program is optional and Cambrian School District does not offer early admittance in Transitional Kindergarten for students whose fifth birthday falls after December 2. Once your student has completed Transitional Kindergarten the next grade level they would attend will be Kindergarten. Cambrian School District's Transitional Kindergarten Program is offered at all sites, expect Steindorf.
